We cannot put into words the impact that Shane and Andrea Chapin have had on our lives over the years. Their dedication to doing the right thing and doing things in a professional and timely manner is outstanding. A great example of this is when we were having break ins at one of our self-storage facilities and they took it upon themselves to personally watch the cameras twenty-four hours a day for weeks, and worked closely with the police department to stop the criminals. By doing that they saved us tens of thousands of dollars.

I first met Shane in Sept 2021 as he was soliciting for equity investors for one of his properties.  We were both in a self-storage mastermind group, I knew of him, but not personally.  After my due diligence, I decided to invest.  The property was sold fifteen months later for a return that dramatically exceeded his proforma numbers. Also, during this time I got to know Andrea, his wife and partner in life. Together they make up one of the best operational/management teams I know.  Their honesty and transparency are second to none.  And this is coming from someone with over 35 years real estate experience.  He is one of the few individuals I know that I would do a deal based on a handshake.
